Annet Mahendru

Mahendru's parents are Russian and a Hindu Indian. She was born in Afghanistan. She is fluent in German, Russian English and also French Persian and Hindi. Annet Mahendru is the daughter of an Indian father, and mother of a Russian mom. In 2011, she developed choreography that gained her the privilege of appearing on German television as a Russian snowmaiden. Then, she changed into a Indian dancer. Following her graduation from New York's high school, she earned her bachelor's degree in English degree at St. John's University. She studied comedy and improvisation in the Groundlings School after leaving HB Studio. She was raised within Kabul Afghanistan by a Hindu/Indian father Ghanshan Mahendru and an Russian-speaking mother Olga. She moved with her father to New York's East Meadow York at the age of thirteen year old. She stars in FX's The Americans alongside Matthew Rhys. TV actress known for playing an ex- KGB agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova, on FX's The Americans. The actress has a regular role in Fox's The Following and NBC's The Blacklist.
